Came across this video and it reminded me of our discussion from week 6. I thought it was particularly interesting when one of the participants referred to these results as "heritage," because it seems to so narrowly constrict heritage as to something that is obtained in an instant, based on a tiny portion of sampled nucleotides. Is genetic ancestry testing worthy of this level of emotion or do the participants' reactions reflect misperceptions?
