Mini-Ethnography 2: Brainstorming

I was thinking about what I'd like to research for the second mini-ethnography, and I thought I'd get your guy's feedback on it. In one of my classes in sophomore year, this student gave a presentation on the fetishization of Asian women, as demonstrated in online dating messages. There is a blog called: creepy white guys (here is version 2: http://creepywhiteguyspart2.tumblr.com), which collects responses and pick up lines that are littered with racial stereotypes. Considering our conversation at the beginning of last class - about privacy and participant-observation - is this a doable project? What are the ethical problems that may come from this? --- i.e. the question of confirmation bias.
