Women in the Physics Community

After last week's class, I became curious about women in the physics community today since Traweek's work "Pilgrim's Progress: Male Tales Told During a Life in Physics" was published in 1988. I just did a quick search and this is what I got for a survey published in the fall of 2015 by the American Institute of Physics:

Clearly, physics is still a male-dominated field, especially as we get to the higher ranks of PhD or professorship. But there is definitely an upward trend of women becoming more involved in the field, lessening the gender disparity.
